CBD drinks are the biggest development in the beverage industry since the introduction of energy drinks two decades ago. As a major part of this trend, CBD infused beverages are expected to rapidly GROW in popularity in the coming years.

This growth is fueled by an increasing demand for functional beverages made with healthy, natural ingredients and increasing public awareness of the health and wellness benefits of CBD. The advances in CBD manufacturing technology and the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp in the U.S., have made companies race for who can provide the most effective CBD infused beverages first.

In 2019, there were a few different companies offering CBD infused drinks. According to one analysis, the CBD drinks market in the U.S. was worth $1.6 billion by the year 2022. Another estimate says the value of CBD infused beverages will reach $4 billion by 2024.

These numbers are just the beginning, as the CBD industry is expected to grow to tens of billions further down the line. By 2029, the global CBD market could be reaching the $130 billion mark.

With CBD infused drinks contributing a significant portion, that is only one projection. The market could be worth at least that and possibly more. We are yet to see the full potential of the CBD market. Most analysts agree there may be a sharp rise over the next ten years.

The time it takes from field to market is reduced by efficiently managed internal systems, equipment, unique processing methods, bottling and packaging and finally distribution to multiple points in the marketplace.

OUR COMPANIES AND PEOPLE

AzorBev® and N-Visao®, are Portuguese (Azorian) holding and management companies with headquarters located in Terciera, Azores.

AzorBev® has access to thousands of acres of prime farmland in multiple locations in the USA and the Azores Islands. These prime growing regions will yield AzorBev® top quality volumes of CBD oil to be infused with our line of CBD Sparkling Flavored Waters, Juices, Ice-Teas, Sodas and Beers.

AzorBev® and St. Lorraine Farms® Dairy Foods are partnering to create a premium line of CBD infused dairy foods. As the doors to new market opportunities open across the U.S.A., the EU and offshore internationally, AzorBev® will be positioned to quickly enter those doors and establish our novel, front-running brands for a dominate market share.

Main partners in the Azorian based, AzorBev® and N-Visao® are Steven Keating-Oles and Jorge Henrique da Rocha Vieira. Jorge was born and raised in the Azores Islands. His business associates, family and close friends are at the top levels of the Portuguese and Azorian governments. Those long term relationships have been instrumental in obtaining the rights, options, permits and concessions for the various operations supporting AzorBev® and its full line of products and services.

In addition, Jorge has executive level expertise with large industrial food-based production companies, which has proven to be an advantage in acquisitions. His connections have facilitated introductions and established the network of talent, suppliers and key buyers to support a full spectrum of AzorBev® commercial ventures.

Steven Keating-Oles as an entrepreneur and business owner has a wealth of experience in start-ups, management, turn-arounds, mergers and operations. His primary role is the establishment of strategic partnerships and development of business initiatives. He is responsible for the funding sources for AzorBev® and providing continuing marketing support internationally.

Legal and banking concerns are managed by Vanguard South, LLC, which is owned by Randy Davenport, Attorney and Brenda Driver, CPA, who together have many year’s experience in CEO, VP and CFO positions for financial and real estate holding companies in the United States. They are primarily responsible for overseeing our legal and accounting departments for AzorBev®.

AzorBev® has a full team of agricultural experts to oversee the farming of the CBD producing plants, refining the extracts, blending the CBD oils into our sparkling volcanic waters and additional products planned for the future.
